We work with a wide variety of conditions; both long-standing and recent onset.

Typical presenting issues are stress, anxiety, relationship problems, anger-management, depression and loss. Often several issues will be present at the same time.

Therapists are able to work with the majority of conditions; however, psychiatry may be more appropriate initially for presentations such as psychosis, bi-polar disorder, personality disorders, schizophrenia, serious drug addiction and eating disorders. Your therapist will talk to you about this during your initial phone consultation if they feel medical support may be required before beginning therapy.

Below you will find a list of conditions that Inner Space therapists specialise in. This list is not comprehensive, so please contact us with your specific requirements to see if we are able to help.
