Burnout is something we understand deeply at Inner Space. Alongside one-to-one therapy, many people find that a workshop setting offers something distinctive: the grounding that comes from recognising a shared experience, the practical tools to begin making changes, and the time and space to reflect in a way that daily life rarely allows.
Our workshops are led by Claire Daplyn, UKCP Registered Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor, who has worked with burnout and stress-related difficulties for over a decade. They are available for individuals, therapists, and organisations.
Dates are released throughout the year. Register your interest using the button on this page and we will let you know when the next session opens.
