Children’s Counselling and Psychotherapy

Our Approach

Transactional Analysis (TA) Therapy

Inner Space Counselling practices Transactional Analysis, a contractual method of therapy that promotes collaboration between therapist and client. We work closely with you during your first few sessions to determine the changes you want therapy to help you make in your life. Going forward, we periodically reviewing our therapeutic contract with you to ensure we are consistently working towards your goals.  We typically work weekly with clients until they reach their goals, often reflecting on our progress to recentre our work.
