The Inner Space Counselling practice was founded by Claire Daplyn in 2014 in Central Tunbridge Wells with the aim of connecting the public with experienced and committed practitioners working to alleviate emotional difficulties and promote psychological health.

Since this time the practice expanded to include expert therapists; Nancy, Leonie, Louise, Trevor and Sarah who have bought with them their specialist skills in counselling and psychotherapy to support increasing demand for local therapeutic services for adults and young people. You can read more about all of us in the biography section below.

As a team, our core values are:

  • A belief in the human potential for change and improvement

  • The importance of personal growth and long term health

  • The belief that therapy, in a safe and supportive setting, can help surmount many of life’s challenges

Recently, we have added further Inner Space therapy locations in West Kent to provide more options to clients from St.John's Area (Tunbridge Wells), Groombridge and Sevenoaks.
