Group Art Therapy: Create, Connect, and Grow Together
In a world where young people face unique challenges, our group art therapy sessions offer a creative and supportive space for children to connect, share their feelings, and build confidence. Through engaging in art, children can explore self-expression, develop emotional resilience, and find strength in community.
What is Group Art Therapy?
Group art therapy combines the benefits of art-making with the supportive setting of a small group led by our expert art therapist Sara. This approach allows children to express themselves through creative processes, understand and manage emotions, and connect with peers. It’s ideal for kids who want to build self-esteem, develop coping strategies, and find a welcoming community that supports growth and creativity.

- Supportive Environment: Creating alongside others fosters mutual understanding and emotional support.
- Creative Skill Building: Kids learn techniques for expressing feelings through different artistic mediums.
- Emotional Resilience: Art therapy offers tools for managing stress and developing confidence.
